RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of products 30 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 30 days will be based from its order date. Please contact support@hoonigan.com for additional information on how to return an item.

Return items must be in new/unworn condition.

Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.

Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide.

Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5:30pm PST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and verification. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

TAXES

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. Shipping is also taxed.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND BROKERAGE FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

SMS NOTIFICATION SQUAD
  1. The Hoonigan SMS Notification Squad is a text messaging program to communicate timely announcements such as flash sales to our subscribers who opt-in.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@hoonigan.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages weekly. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
