• Shipping Information

  Want to track your order, find out when it will ship or change the delivery address? This is the place to ask.

  Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5:30pm PST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.

  Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and verification. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

• Returns & Exchanges

  We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of products 30 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 30 days will be based from its order date.

  Return Policy:

  If returning an order that contained a "free gift with purchase" promotional item, the "free gift" item must be returned to avoid a 20% restocking fee.

  Items need to be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return. Apparel must not be worn or laundered, and its original tags must be attached for us to accept a return.

  Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.

  Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.

  Want Ken Block to sing at your prom? Not gonna happen, but we won't stop you from asking the HHIC and his team anything here.

• Free Stuff

  Want free stickers or other product? Don't bother asking. While we often ship out free goodies with orders, we do not send out free stickers, products, or anything else just for asking. Sorry not sorry.
